MS Dhoni has created 4 World records as a Capitan

MS Dhoni made his international debut in 2004 against Bangladesh. MS Dhoni, who captained all three categories of cricket, retired from Test cricket during the 2015 Australian series. He then stepped down as captain of the white-ball cricket team and played as a wicket-keeper batsman

MS Dhoni holds the record of being the only captain to win three ICC World Cups. Winner of the 2007 ICC T20 World Cup and the 2011 Over 50 World Cup

Won the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy. He thus became the only captain to win 3 ICC Cups

MS Dhoni captained 332 internationals. He thus set the record for most international matches as a captain.

He has captained the team to 200 ODIs, 60 Tests and 72 T20Is, and

Ricky Ponting is the second highest captain since 324.

He has led the team to the final 6 times in a series played over 2 teams. India has won the title four times. This is an achievement

MS Dhoni is proud to have been not out more than once in ODIs. Has a record 84 not out. He was not out 51 times while chasing. Only 2 of these have failed
